Energy saving and environmental protectionThe 2100mm PC sun sheet production line is a high-performance, intelligent extrusion equipment specially designed for the production of high-quality polycarbonate (PC) hollow sheets. The production line adopts advanced extrusion molding technology to ensure that the produced PC sun sheets have high light transmittance, excellent impact resistance, excellent weather resistance and lightweight structure.
The equipment is equipped with a twin-screw extruder, a hydraulic screen changing system, a precision metering pump, a high-precision T-die head, a vacuum shaping platform, a fully automatic traction system and intelligent cross-cutting equipment, achieving efficient and stable continuous production. At the same time, it adopts Siemens PLC intelligent control system, supports remote monitoring and multi-language operation interface, making production more efficient, safe and convenient.
