Artificial turf leisure grass production line is a kind of equipment line specially used for producing synthetic turf, which is widely used in football fields, basketball courts, golf courses, runways, gardening decoration, commercial or residential environments, etc. The working principle of artificial turf production line is mainly to complete the processes of grass extrusion, coating, weaving, cutting and post-processing through a series of production equipment.

The raw materials for producing artificial grass mainly include fiber, turf adhesive (usually PVC or polyurethane), filling materials, etc. The quality of raw materials directly affects the quality and service life of the final product.
The equipment used includes fiber heating and stretching machines and plastic pellet extruders for extruding grass fibers, artificial grass molds, and molds are the key parts for controlling the shape and size of grass fibers. The mold design determines the diameter, length and surface quality of the grass fibers. The grass fibers of artificial turf are usually round or rectangular, and the aperture design of the mold needs to be adjusted according to the requirements of the grass fibers.
The extruded grass fibers need to be quickly cooled by the cooling system to ensure the shaping and stability of the grass fibers. The traction device is used to pull the cooled grass fibers out of the extruder to ensure that the grass fibers are not stretched or deformed during the cooling process. The grass fiber extruder is equipped with an advanced PLC (programmable logic controller) control system, which accurately adjusts key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed through automatic control to ensure the stability and consistency of the production process.
