Working Principle

Pallet Positioning & Parameter Selection

The loaded pallet is placed onto the turntable. Operators select the desired wrapping program through the LCD touch screen or start the machine remotely. The automatic pallet grip system secures the load before wrapping begins.

Automatic Stretch Wrapping

The turntable rotates while the film carriage moves vertically. The pre-stretch film carriage stretches the film up to 200%, wrapping the pallet tightly and evenly to improve load stability while reducing film consumption.

Automatic Rope Reinforcement

During the wrapping process, the Automatic Rope Grip System twists the stretch film into a rope and reinforces critical areas of the pallet, preventing cargo movement and improving transportation safety.

Automatic Film Cutting & Cycle Completion

After the wrapping cycle is completed, the machine automatically clamps and cuts the film without manual assistance. The wrapped pallet is released and ready for forklift transportation or warehouse storage.
