This Wall Panel packing machine is specially designed for the automatic packaging of wall panels. It features automatic carton feeding, automatic folding, and hot-melt adhesive sealing. It enables fully automated production for customers, improving efficiency and product quality while reducing labor costs.
The wall panel packaging machine aligns panels from four directions. Entire panel stacks are automatically loaded into cartons, which feed one by one. Clamping arms place the aligned panels into the cartons for packaging. The packages then enter the main conveyor, where operators insert quality certificates into each carton.
The High-Efficiency Packaging Line is equipped with three two-station automated loading and unloading units: one for carton feeding, one for wall panel loading, and one for post-packaging pallet discharge. This fully integrated setup streamlines the entire wall panel packaging process, enabling seamless material flow, reducing manual labor, and maximizing production efficiency.
