In order to realize the back grooving process of SPC floor, a SPC flooring grooving machine for floor is developed and designed. The SPC flooring grooving machine for floor is suitable for processing SPC floor with a thickness of 3~10mm. The eccentric wheel connecting rod mechanism is used to drive the cutting spindle to complete the up and down cutting action of the saw blade, so that the cutting depth accuracy can be controlled within the range of 0.1mm. At the same time, different grooving depths and grooving sections can be processed for floors of different sizes by setting the servo motor parameters. In the end, the weight of the single board can be reduced by about 10%~18%, and the cutting waste can be recycled.
