The whole system included the Automatic Conveying, Packaging, and Stacking, the processing is:
1) The floor is stacked and positioned through automatic feeding and conveying, and then fed into the machine by a roller conveyor belt. The plastic floor cardboard is sucked into the machine through the feeding device.;
2) The plastic flooring fed into the cardboard is transported through push rods and chains.;
3) At each packaging station, the sides, top and bottom edges of the cardboard are automatically formed and fixed with hot melt glue.;
4) The formed packaging is then sent out of the machine by a roller conveyor belt for subsequent processes.
