This vacuum pump is a technologically advanced dry vacuum pump developed by our company according to market demand. The primary filtration removes the main dust and water vapor in it. The filter is placed in the dust collector to prevent it from entering the pipe and causing blockage; the filter element is built-in and can be cleaned; the dust removal port design on the side makes cleaning efficient and fast, and the top design can be opened to facilitate the replacement of the filter element.

The secondary precision filter is located in the pump room. The secondary filtration is the pipeline precision filter (four in parallel, two open and two standby, easy to clean). After the secondary filtration, the vacuum gas has become very clean, and the built-in cleanable filter element , a vacuum drainer is installed at the bottom of the filter. The top design can be opened to facilitate the replacement of the filter element.

The vacuum process treatment tank is located in the pump room (four in parallel, two open and two standby for easy cleaning). The vacuum process filter tank plays the role of vacuum gas buffering and acid and water removal. A vacuum drainer is set at the bottom of the tank. The side design can open a manhole for easy replacement of filter media and cleaning.
