Today we welcomed our client for an on-site factory tour and business cooperation meeting. During the visit, we introduced our company’s production capabilities, quality control process, and project management system. The customer also inspected our manufacturing workshop, R&D center, and product testing area to better understand our production strength and service capability.

UK Customer Visits Our Company

After purchasing our pipe bending machines and other equipment, our UK customer visited our company for a factory tour. During the visit, we had in-depth discussions about the plastic machinery industry, sharing market insights and future development trends. We also explored potential cooperation in the PVC mixing production line project and discussed a detailed business plan for future collaboration.

Customer inspects SPC turnkey project

We went to Nanxun to inspect the UV coating production line and the engineered wood flooring (multi-layer wood flooring) production line. During the visit, we carefully reviewed the production process, equipment configuration, quality control standards, and automation level. This inspection helped us better understand the manufacturing capabilities of the factory and evaluate future cooperation on flooring production technology.

Dubai customer from our website inquiry

A Dubai customer who discovered our company through our website visited the StarsPlas Jin Feng factory in person. During the visit, we held an in-depth business discussion regarding the solid wood wall panel project and its implementation plan. We introduced our production capabilities, material technology, and engineering support, and also shared insights into market opportunities and long-term cooperation possibilities in the Middle East market. Both sides reached a positive understanding and agreed to continue technical and commercial communication for the next project phase.

During the meeting, we learned that the customer is a family-owned company specializing in road construction in India. This visit aimed to explore opportunities in a secondary industry, specifically the potential for SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring projects. We discussed market trends, production possibilities, and potential collaboration models to evaluate how the company could diversify into the flooring sector while leveraging their existing industrial experience.
