The dust collection system is designed to collect the dust generated by sawing and profiling in the SPC flooring production line.The dust collection system is mainly composed of an upper box, a ash bucket, an ash conveyor system and a control system.The dust enters the ash hopper from the air inlet through the box, and some of the large dust particles directly fall into the ash hopper due to in inertial collision and natural settlement, and other dust particles rise into the bag chambers with the airflow.

Working Principle

The dust collection system is mainly composed of an upper box, a ash bucket, an ash conveyor system and a control system.

The dust enters the ash hopper from the air inlet through the box, and some of the large dust particles directly fall into the ash hopper due to in inertial collision and natural settlement, and other dust particles rise into the bag chambers with the airflow.

After being filtered by the filter bag, the dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified air is discharged into the atmosphere from the inside of the filter bag through the bag mouth, the upper box, and the air outlet by the induced draft fan. The blowing system make use of compressed air to form pressure difference inside and outside the filter bag, so as to realize dust cleaning outside the filter bag. The falling dust is transported by scraper conveyor to the stock bin for storage and then added to the SPC flooring raw materials for re-production.
