The extrusion blow molding machine can make 10mL-5L cosmetic/pharmaceutical bottles, jars, shampoo bottles, detergent bottles, toy etc, the products almost everywhere throughout our daily live. StarsPlas blow molding machine is fast speed, high performance and energy saving. The 8 dies on 1 diehead technique we developed  makes us the first Chinese company step into the fastest blow modling machine times so far. The production volume increased by 1/3 not including other improvements yet.

The new developed blow molding machine was displayed on ChinaPlas 2107 exhibition.

Sea Balls for Children Amusement Zone

EBM also brings fun to children as above image shown, sea balls at children amusement park. Many hollow plastic toys such as children’s motorcycle, car and ride hourse etc are also made by EBM.

Automatic Solution

If it equipped with other ancillaries such as vacuum loader, belt conveyor, leakage detector, crusher etc, you would have a production line that covers from raw material to final products. Besides, the scraps could be collected, processed by crusher and re-used by it. Thus, no waste on the raw material.
