The machine features a horizontal U-shaped mixing chamber fitted with a double-ribbon agitator.
When the drive motor starts, the ribbon shaft rotates at a controlled speed. The outer ribbon moves materials toward both ends of the chamber, while the inner ribbon transports them back toward the center. This continuous counterflow creates a balanced three-dimensional mixing pattern that quickly produces a homogeneous mixture.
