Working Principle
Automatic Pallet Detection
The conveyor transfers the pallet into the wrapping station. SICK photoelectric sensors automatically detect pallet position and dimensions, while the SIEMENS PLC selects the preset wrapping program.
Film Clamping and Wrapping
The film is automatically clamped to the pallet. The rotary arm begins rotating around the stationary load while the film carriage moves vertically, applying stretch film evenly with a 250% pre-stretch ratio to achieve secure load containment.
Intelligent Wrapping Cycle
During the wrapping process, the PLC precisely controls arm speed, carriage speed, overlap ratio, and wrapping layers. Optional top pressure or top sheet systems can be activated when required for unstable or weather-sensitive products.
Automatic Film Cutting and Pallet Release
After the wrapping cycle is completed, the machine automatically cuts and seals the film using the heat-cutting system. The wrapped pallet is released to the conveyor for transportation to storage or shipment without manual intervention.
