This daily service fee covers the engineer’s technical support, equipment installation guidance, commissioning assistance, production testing, and operator training during the service period.

The required number of engineers and working days depend on the equipment type, project complexity, installation conditions, and customer requirements.

2. Travel Expenses

Travel expenses are calculated based on the actual costs incurred during the engineer’s trip, including:

International or domestic flight tickets

Local transportation costs

Airport transfers

Necessary transportation during the installation period

StarsPlas will communicate the estimated travel plan with customers before arranging the service.

3. Visa and Insurance Costs

Visa requirements and costs vary depending on the destination country. Therefore, related expenses, including:

Visa application fees

Travel insurance

Required documents and service fees

will be calculated according to the actual situation of each country and project.

4. Accommodation and Living Expenses

Accommodation and daily living costs are adjusted according to different countries and regions. The actual expenses may include:

Hotel accommodation

Local meals

Daily transportation
