Plastic Granulation Line Video
The Plastic Granulation Line is a highly efficient recycling solution designed to convert waste plastics into high-quality reusable pellets. It integrates feeding, extrusion, filtration, pelletizing, and cooling into one continuous automated system.
This line is suitable for processing various plastic materials such as PE, PP, HDPE, LDPE films, rigid plastics, and industrial plastic scraps. With stable performance and intelligent control, it ensures consistent output and excellent pellet quality.
The complete system includes key components such as belt conveyor, forced feeder, extruder, hydraulic screen changer, pelletizing unit, cooling system, and electrical control cabinet.
The Plastic Granulation Line operates through a continuous and automated process:
First, plastic waste is transported into the system via a belt conveyor.
Then, the material enters the forced feeder, ensuring stable and uniform feeding into the extruder.
Inside the extruder, the material is heated, melted, and plasticized through screw rotation and controlled temperature zones.
The molten plastic passes through a filtration system to remove impurities.
After filtration, the clean melt is extruded and cut into uniform pellets by the pelletizing system. Finally, the pellets are cooled, dried, and collected for reuse.
