The composition of AGV car

Every day in the factory, forklift workers need to work for 8 hours to carry XXX pieces of goods, which will cause handling errors and collisions during work. But AGV car can reduce the loss and personal safety issue caused by such human factors. AGV car consists of remoter, guide wheel, laser sensor etc. Shuttle rack system is a racking system with high density storage including racking and AGV car which works with forklifts. Radio Shuttle(AGV Car)

The count function of AGV Car is real-time indicated by remote control.

It is convenient to count up product quantity in each laneway and continuous count is supported. Someone may ask, “How to deal with the fault or damage of components?” Actually, once component has fault or damage, equipment can make self-inspection and send alarm prompt. As for the collision protection, the equipment is equipped with obstacle avoidance sensor to timely send alarm for emergent stop in case of obstacle, which can play a role of collision protection and shield the false alarm for fork lift detected on the end of shuttle carrier.

Use both hardware and software to ensure the cargo not falling. Once dust affects laser detection, equipment can be moved to the end through forced running function, which does not need rescue vehicle. By means of low temperature resistance design with moisture proof function and without heating device, system can normally work under low temperature of -25℃ and reliability like normal temperature shuttle. When low battery, radio shuttle executes the current action, then returns to HOME position for alarm. No more accept instructions. Laser is equipped with protective board to avoid laser damage or angle deviation due to incorrect operation by fork lift operator.

With the radio controller order, the AGV car transports the pallet in to the tunnel of racking system from the home position, then return for the next pallet.

How to pick cargoes

With the radio controller order, AGV car carries pallets out of deep tunnel to home position for forklift to pick. In addition, due to the features of shuttle rack system, if you want to pick the pallet in the deepest tunnel, you need to use AGV car to pick up all pallets which are placed in front of the deepest pallet. The AGV car can be transferred to other tunnels by forklift. The quantity of AGV car depends on the depth of tunnels, quantity of goods, loading and picking frequency etc. The operation mode is remote control. The battery is Lithium battery.

The remoter of AGV car is Customized IMT. The servo driver is customized. The Parameter of the radio shuttle is heavy load type. The advantages of the system include four parts. Firstly, FIFO(First In First Out)/FILO(First In Last Out) Configurations. Secondly, better use of floor area and height space. Thirdly, it designed around the combination of your pallets and forklifts. Last but not least, Minimizes damage to the rack as forklift does not travel into the racking.

The space can be used up to 80%. Besides, it is suitable for the same product with large quantities, widely used in food, chemical and tobacco industry, also a great choice for cold warehouse. The loading capacity is 2000kg/pallet. When you load cargoes, with the radio controller order, the AGV car transports the pallet in to the tunnel of racking system from the home position, then return for the next pallet. And when you pike cargoes, with the radio controller order, AGV car carries pallets out of deep tunnel to home position for forklift to pick. Besides, the AGV car can be transferred to other tunnels by forklift. The quantity of AGV car depends on the depth of tunnels, quantity of goods, loading and picking frequency etc.

It includes two types of operating modes which are FIFO and FILO. First In First Out (FIFO): AGV car have access to both ends of tunnels. The goods can be picked up from two sides. First In Last Out (FILO): AGV car handle the goods when the racking system has on passage way. It is designed around the combination of your pallets and forklifts. By that, you can minimize damage to the rack as forklift doesn’t travel into the racking, and achieve better use of floor area and height space. In addition, you can require the color you want.
