PVC pulverizer

PVC pulverizer is utilized to pulverizing crushed PVC scraps into fine powder for recycling production waste in rigid PVC plastic industry, such as PVC pipe,PVC profile,PVC ceiling,PVC wall panel. the model available are MF400,MF500,MF600,MF800, the output capacity of pulverizer from 50kg/h to 380kg/h. and special requirement on pulverizer can be customized. We use MF600 as auxiliary machine for SPC flooring making.

PVC pulverizer: vibration feeder, milling host, vibration sieve, dust collecting system.  It’s highly automatic level machine which just need one worker to collect the final powder only. And, use vacuum loader to this pulverizer for automatic loading.

The material of the moving cutting knife stand is T7A high-quality tool steel. Its hardness and softness is reasonable. It is not easily broken or worn; it adopts high-strength steel screw (8.8 grades) to fix it. The structure is firm and durable.

The main body is Q235A thick-wall, high-quality steel to avoid that the machine is used for a long time and affect its mechanical performance.

The axle core of the machine is fished process once to ensure concentric circle and verticality error is not larger than 0.05mm. Each part has reference hole. Twice rough fish and fine finishing are carried out. The part has strong changeability and high precision.
