Rigid core vinyl flooring recycling system is designed to recycle the defective products.During the

production of SPC rigid core flooring,there will be defective products due to various reasons.

According to the characteristics of SPC flooring recyclable we designed this system .

The recycling system is mainly composed of crusher, milling machine, stocker, dust collector, draught fan.

Working principle

The plate is put into the crushing chamber by human. Under the action of the hammer plate and

centrifugal force running at high speed, it is continuously crushed by collision, and the crushed

powder particles fall through the sieve to the screw conveyor outside the crushing chamber.

Repeat the above steps for the powder particles that are not passed, and the user can make any

adjustment according to the different particle sizes of the material.

The crushed material enters into the milling machine for further refinement, and the refined powder

enters the storage bin under the action of the induced draft fan,and the dusty gas is discharged into

the air after being filtered by the dust collector.
