The SP-D Series Single Shaft Shredder is a heavy-duty industrial shredding machine designed for recycling a wide range of plastic, wood, rubber, textile, paper, electronic waste, and other solid materials. Built with a high-torque gearbox, durable alloy steel rotor, and intelligent hydraulic feeding system, it delivers stable performance, high throughput, and low operating costs.
The hydraulic ram automatically pushes materials toward the rotor for continuous and stable feeding. This design prevents material bridging and improves shredding efficiency. Wear-resistant SKD-11 blades deliver long service life, while interchangeable screens produce uniform particle sizes for granulating, washing, or recycling.
The modular design makes maintenance simple and efficient. External bearings and the hydraulic screen changing system reduce maintenance time and minimize downtime. The SP-D Series is available in models from SP-D600 to SP-D1500 and can be customized for different capacities and materials.

1.What material are the blades made of?
We generally use SKD-11 or D2 materials, which have a longer lifespan and higher shredding efficiency. Furthermore, one blade from our single-shaft shredder can be used several times, improving the machine’s overall efficiency.
2.Is it easy to change the screen? Do I need to stop the machine?
No. The SSJ-1300 is equipped with a hydraulic screen changer, which allows you to replace the screen mesh without stopping the main motor. The whole process takes only a few minutes, saving you downtime and labor costs.
3.How often do the blades need to be replaced? How long do they last?
The SKD-11 blades offer excellent wear resistance. Under normal working conditions (processing clean plastic sheets), they can run 800–1200 hours before needing resharpening. Each blade can be resharpened 3–5 times, extending the total service life significantly.
4.What is the delivery time? How is it packed for shipping?
Standard delivery time is 60 working days after deposit confirmation. The machine is packed in steel frames with export-standard wooden cases, suitable for sea freight. We also provide loading supervision and shipping marks upon request.
