1. The Mechanical Part

• 机械部分

Appearance Acceptance:

外观验收：

The color and size of the equipment should meet the design and contractual requirements.

设备的颜色和尺寸应符合设计和合同要求

 

Processing part acceptance:

加工部分验收：

Welding part should comply with the design and contract requirements, there must be no bite

edge, pores, cracks burning, welding tumors, arc pits and other phenomena.

焊接部分应符合设计和合同要求，不存在咬边、气孔、裂纹、烧穿、焊瘤、弧坑等现

象。

2. Electrical part

二、电气部分

Technical requirements for the equipment:

设备需要达到的技术要求：

1. Operator panel

1操作面板

• The operator panel is in the right position for ease of operation.

1）操作面板位置合适，便于操作

 

• Indicator lights (tower lights) set a complete range of different colors which have different functions, green (power) yellow (status) red (fault).

2）指示灯（塔灯）设置齐全不同功能的指示灯设置不同颜色，绿色（电源）黄色（状态）红色（故障）；

 

• The key switch should be set completely. The module that can move independently needs corresponding manual switch.

3）按键开关设置齐全，能够单独运动的模块，需要有相应的手动开关；

 

• With emergency stop button, connection to often closed point.

4）急停按钮，连接常闭点：

 

• All buttons and switches that can be operated on the panel should have a clear signage and be fixed.

5）面板所有能被操作的按钮、开关要有明确的指示标牌，并固定；

 

• During the movement of the device, stopping the device at any location requires the ability to manually operate the reset and continue to run automatically.

6）设备运动过程中，无论任何位置停止设备，要求能够手动操作复位，并继续自   动运行；

 

• After the emergency stop of the device, the reset operation must be carried out before the manual operation (except test, commissioning work),after the reset, run automatically again;

7）设备急停后，必须进行复位操作，才可手动操作（测试、调试工作除外），复 位后，再次自动运行；

 

• The panel needs to have a fixed storage protection position, the down-lead of the panel should be secure and reliable and have an operating margin.

8）面板需要有固定的储存保护位置，面板的引线要牢固可靠且留有操作余量；

2. Control cabinet

2控制柜

• The technical parameters such as control cabinet signage, equipment model, electrical capacity, etc. should be consistent with the drawings.

1）控制柜标牌、设备型号、电气容量等技术参数应与图纸上的一致；

 

• Control cabinet should have a total power switch with installation of lights.

2）控制柜要有电源总开关，安装照明灯；

 

• With sockets (specifically according to the need of the equipment);

3）有插座（具体根据设备需求）；

 

• Inside the cabinet, each module should have a signage and be consistent with the names on the drawing;

4）柜内各个模块要有标牌并与图纸上的名称一致；

 

• The cabinet is reserved for 10% installation free position;

5）柜内预留10%安装空余位置；

 

• Terminals Only 3 wires are allowed at the same terminal;

6）接线端子 同一端子只允许最多接3根电线；

 

• The terminal board needs to be reserved for a spare position;

7）接线端子板需预留空余位置；

 

• The alternate line needs to be reserved for 10%, and the line number is marked;

8）备用线需预留10%，并标注线号；

 

• Each module fixed position is reasonable, easy to disassemble;

9）各个模块固定位置合理，便于拆装；

 

• Electrical wiring should be labeled (both ends) and consistent with the drawings;

10）电气配线应有标号（两端），并与图纸一致；

 

• The interlocking signal of the sports device and the safety device must have the hardware (relay) contact interlock, and cannot only be the software interlock;

11）运动装置的急停、安全装置的互锁信号，要有硬件（继电器）触点互锁，不能只有软件互锁；

 

• Electric box grounding, do a good job of dust-proof and other sealing measures if there are the special requirements to the environment ;

12）电箱接地，对环境有要求的做好防尘等密封措施；

 

• Strong and weak electricity must be configured separately or separated in the middle. The electric cabinet needs to be enlarged or separated on both sides

13）强弱电必须分开配置或中间隔开。电柜需要加大或做两面电柜分开。

 

3. Peripheral wiring

3．外围布线

• The main electric box and peripheral cable use the connection of the line slot or button-type insulation cloth, etc. , shall not use the cable directly;

1）总电箱和外围连接线采用线槽或纽扣式绝缘布之类连接，不得直接使用电缆；

 

• All wire connections must pass through the terminal board and do not allow a bit of a point-to-point contact;

2）所有电线连接必须通过端子板，不允许有点对点的接点；

 

• Cables, bellows through the box need to use a standard connector, can not directly in and out of the box;

3）电缆、波纹管 通过箱体时需使用标准接头，不能直接进出箱体；

 

• The line-through line selection in the slot uses the appropriate standard soft line and reserves 10% of the spare line length;

4）线槽内穿线选用适当标准的软线，并预留10%的备用线长度；

 

• Proper protection should be done to the wire interface, corner position, terminal head;

5）电线接口、转角位置、端子头做适当防护；

 

• DC, AC lines are routed separately, and ground lines use special yellow and green lines;

6）直流、交流线 分别布线，地线使用专用黄绿线；

 

• Strong and weak electric line, the line slot should be separated, and avoid crossing.

7）强弱电走线，线槽要分开，避免交叉。

 

4. Drive part

4驱动部分

• Servo motor should have the direction of rotation instructions, the corresponding overcurrent and overload protection. Installation position should be reasonable, reserved disassembly, and motor terminal box should be separately grounded;

1）伺服电机要有旋转方向指示，有相应的过流、过载保护，安装位置要合理，预留拆装位，电机接线盒内要单独接地；

 

• The exposed part of the coupling section should be protected.

2）联轴节外露部分要有保护。

 

5. External electrical modules

5外部电气模块

• Travel switch, proximity switch, solenoid valve type switch needs to be arranged reasonably, easy to debug;

1）行程开关，接近开关，电磁阀类开关需要布置合理，便于调试；

 

• Each module is secure, must have its own signage, name, number, etc. , consistent with the drawings, each sign facing the outside, easy to observe.

2）各个模块固定牢固，要有各自的标牌、名称、编号等，与图纸一致，各标牌朝外侧，便于观察。

 

6. Power supply section

6电源部分

• The equipment should be able to adapt to the grid environment that is in accordance with the contract;

1）设备应能适应与合同中相符的电网环境；

 

• DC control power supply needs to choose switch power supply, high stability;

2）直流控制电源需要选用开关电源，稳定性高；

 

• The DC load power supply and the DC control power supply need to be set separately.

3）直流负载电源和直流控制电源需要分开设置。

 

7. Air equipment

7空气设备

• The gas source part must have a cut-off switch;

1）气源部分必须有切断开关；

 

• Equipment on the gas road must have the main control valve, accidental stop, the main valve can quickly release the remaining pressure, to avoid secondary damage.
• 设备气路上必须要有主控阀，意外停止时，主控阀可以迅速释放剩余压力，避免二次伤害。

 

8. Others

8其他

• Copper wire for connecting conductor of power supply line and power line (not less than 2.5 m), the control line shall not be less than 1.5m.

1）供电线路、动力线路连接导线用铜线（不小于2.5 ）控制线路不小于1.5；

 

• Equipment with protective measures required shall be equipped with appropriate protective equipment;

2）根据要求有防护措施的设备需加装合适的防护设备（包含机体外罩，刀罩及其它旋转部件的外部防护）；

 

• All equipment must comply with the requirements of the safety regulations for the export of such equipment;

3）所有设备需符合此类设备出口安全规定要求（指定出口国家的一种认证）;

 

• Other outstanding matters are carried out in accordance with the standard specifications for the export of such equipment.

4）其他未尽事宜按此类设备出口相关标准规范执行（指定出口国家的一种认证）。

 

3. Drawing materials

三、图纸资料

 

The equipment is required to provide the following information.

设备需提供如下资料

 

• Equipment use, repair, installation and commissioning instructions;

1）设备使用、维修、安装调试说明书；

 

• Electrical schematic(PLC),confirm whether it is provided according to the requirements of the agreement;

2）电气原理图（PLC），根据协议要求确认是否提供；

 

• General information: Device list (manufacturer, model, etc.), consumables list;

3）常规资料：器件清单（厂家、型号等）、易耗品清单；

 

• Electrical drawings to comply with national standards and industry standards, requirements clear specifications.

4）电气图纸要符合国家标准及行业标准规范，要求清楚规范。

 

4. The whole machine operation acceptance

四、整机运行验收

1. Performance acceptance

1性能验收

• Turn on the machine and verify the basic information and location (signal lights, pressure gauges, control panels, working positions).

1）打开设备并对基础信息、位置进行核验（信号灯、压力表、控制面板、工作位置）；

 

• Test whether the movement part is working properly, the pneumatic part (cylinder, etc.), the electric part (servo motor) is working normally;

2）测试运动部分工作是否正常，气动部分（气缸等）、电动部分（伺服电机）工作是否正常；

 

• Check and test the reasonableness of the clamping in the working position.

3）检查并测试工作位置装夹合理性。

 

1. Repeatability, load testing

2重复性、负载测试

 

• Loading the workpiece and carrying out the simulation work test.

1）装夹工件，进行模拟工作测试；

 

• Test the positioning accuracy in the repetitive work, whether the workpiece is completed with the requirements, and the statistical pass rate;

2）测试重复工作中的定位精度，工件完成的是否符合要求，统计合格率；

 

• Continuous testing, the work of pressure strength, current load, air pressure strength, oil pressure, sports components run-in situation acceptance, detailed recording, archiving, easy to consult, improve;

3）连续测试，对工作抗压强度、电流负载、气压强度、油压、运动组件磨合情况进行验收，详细记录、存档，便于查阅、改善；

 

• During continuous testing, monitoring equipment consumables, statistical wear frequency, easy to after-sales maintenance.

4）连续测试过程中，监控设备易损件，统计磨损频率，便于售后维护。

 

3. Other acceptances

3其他验收

• whether the device meets the requirements of the technical agreement;

1）设备是否满足技术协议要求的功能；

 

• Whether the equipment structure is reasonable, including but not limited to motion control, whether interference with each other, whether the servo motor output matches, whether the structure has a rigid risk;

2）设备结构是否合理，包括但不局限于运动控制时是否互相干涉，伺服电机输出是否匹配，结构是否存在刚性风险；

 

• Safety assessment, for example: in the case of sudden power failure, whether all the equipment motion modules can immediately stop moving to avoid injury to the operator, and when the equipment is working, personnel enter the danger area, whether there are corresponding safety measures.

3）安全性考核，例：突然断电的情况下，设备所有运动模块能否立即停止运动，避免伤害操作人员；以及设备工作时，人员进入危险区域，有无对应的安全措施。
