Slab Laminating Solution VS Floor Laminating Solution

There are two different solutions for SPC laminating:Slab laminating and Floor laminating, and they have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Today I’m going to do a very specialized presentation for you.

Slab Laminating Solution (Roller Width: 1~1.3m)

Advantages:

1.The advantage is faster than the small rollers laminating(1000mm*400m*1mm-20pcs/min)

2.Only Suitable for uniform size, and factory for mass production

3.One roll can be used for about 10min

Disadvantages:

1.Upgrade the sawing machine, the standard sawing machine can`t cut the slab which was laminated

2.The profiling dusty can’t be recycled used because it has the IXPE pad mixed, and the miler must be upgraded

3.Waste of IXPE Pad and glueduring sawing machine and profiling machine will be more than floor laminating solution

4.It is troublesome to change rolls, which has high technical requirements and affects production capacity

5.Due to the large weight, the longer the stacking time, the greater the deformation

6.Due to the large number of sizes of slab, although its front-end speed is faster, the adjustment of back-end devices is much more complicated than that of floor solution

Floor Laminating Solution(Roller Width: 0.18~0.45m)

Advantages:

1.Flexible size switching. There is no impact on output when switching

2.The process is very mature and 80-90% of factories use it

3.It needs only 30s to change a new roll

4,The latest automatic volume changing equipment can be added

Disadvantages:

1.Short work-time (we must oft change roll with underlay – only 5minuts production with one roll);

2.We must stop the machine when we exchange the roll;

3.We must add extra device for put panels to pallet (from cutting machine) and put on conveyor to packing machine
