Regular maintenance

Maintenance of reducer

This packaging equipment uses modular row reducer, its maintenance is nothing more than replacing the lubricant. The viscosity of the appropriate lubricating oil must be such that the gear is easy to rub. In the case of high load and impact load, the reducer can fully exert its function.

The following table shows the selection of reducer lubricants:

Maintenance of linear slides and continuous bearings

Most rotating or linear sliding components require lubrication, as shown in the Figure below:

Usually the style of the nozzle is as shown below:

Please bring your own butter into the oil gun as shown below:

The specifications of the oil gun are in various styles, and the oil guns of different sizes are used according to the added grease packing method.

The grease is packaged in the following specifications. It can be directly loaded into the oil gun by using a hose or a hard tube. The large-capacity packaged grease such as iron cans must be loaded into the oil gun.

In the case of this equipment, it is recommended to use general-purpose grease. For some high-speed moving mechanisms such as linear slides, it is recommended to use high-speed grease, which will make the operation smoother and longer.
