Machine introduction
1.1 Overview
This machine is specially designed for the drying of flat boards such as bamboo flooring and furniture countertops and the drying of water-based paints. With a high flow ratio drying system, the spray lines are evenly distributed inside the oven to maintain an efficient and stable air flow rate. The air flow rate inside the oven can be controlled to adjust the air humidity and temperature to meet the needs of different processes.
Please read this manual carefully in order to be able to install, use and maintain it properly, and keep it in a safe place and hand it to the user of the machine.
1.2 Machine construction and function
1.2.1 Machine construction
Conveyor
The conveying device is composed of a conveyor belt and a main/passive wheel opposite to each other.
Steam exhaust fan
The hot air inside the equipment is discharged through the loop to achieve the heat dissipation effect.
Heating grill
One at a meter, densely discharges heat, and is dried using far-infrared characteristics.
Control panel (optional)Optional encoder to set height。
1.2.2 Electronic control instructions
The electronic control system of the machine is connected to each electrical part by a distribution box, and the various parts of the machine can be controlled through the distribution box.
1.2.3 How the machine works
Work-piece placement
The work-piece to be processed can be manually placed into the conveyor system (single machine operation), or can be sent to the conveyor system through the conveyor equipment (when the pipeline is operated).
Drying process
Set the adjustment speed and drying temperature, put the work-piece into, and check the drying effect after discharging, and then adjust the operation.
Safety Precautions
This chapter will outline the most important safety regulations. If the safety rules are not followed, the wrong use of the machine will be dangerous, even to the life and personal safety and the owner’s system and other property.
2.1 Security risks
When a large number of sheets are stacked and cannot be transported forward properly, be sure to turn off the power to prevent fire caused by long-term concentration.
2.2 Danger of shutdown maintenance
In the production state, work for maintenance and repair is not carried out. Any movement or starting of the machine can cause unexpected damage. Therefore:
※ When performing maintenance work, the machine must be turned off (set the main switch to “0” or “OFF” to cut off the supply of compressed air) and re-confirm that the machine has been turned off to prevent inadvertent restart of the machine.
※ Maintenance work can only be carried out by trained and instructed personnel
※ Specifies the operator’s authority for the machine.
※ After completing the repair work, reassemble and test the disassembled safety device.
Electronic control part
After the main switch is turned off, the electrical equipment may still operate, which may cause the human body to be hit by current. Therefore:
※ Keep off the total power supply of the main box。
※ Before the line distribution box is repaired, the power cord of the power distribution box must be disconnected.
※ Only qualified electricians can perform electrical equipment repair and inspection.
Mobile devices
During handling, the oven cover may collide with other machines and cause deformation. Therefore:
※ Use appropriate handling methods that do not damage the machine, such as load-bearing lifting equipment or cranes.
※ Make sure there are no obstacles to the handling route.
※ Avoid bumps during handling.
※ Do not walk around the device.
2.3 Operator’s condition
Allow operator
※ Only qualified personnel and qualified personnel can operate the machine.
※ In the work area, the operator is fully responsible for the objective existence of the third party.
※ If the operator is unfamiliar with the machine’s response, the operator must not use any features or change any of the parameter values.
※ The various activities of the machine must be clearly defined and adhered to, and the ambiguous division of responsibility can be a safety hazard.
Qualified professional
※ Only qualified personnel can transport, assemble, install, commission, and operate the electrical machinery of the machine.
※ Safety responsibilities are based on whether the personnel are aware of the above information and refer to their training, knowledge areas and experience to authorize the operation of the machine to ensure that they are able to identify and avoid potential hazards.
User responsibility
※ Only properly trained and instructed personnel can perform various operations (transport, assembly, commissioning, operation, repair and maintenance) on the machine. Even temporary ones do not allow the machine to be operated without the need for training and guidance.
※ Read and understand the operating manual and be safe.
※ Only authorized personnel can operate the machine.
※ During the operation, determine whether the relevant personnel are consciously conducting regular inspections on the safety aspects of the machine.
Operator equipment
※ Wear protective goggles to prevent sprays of paint and detergent.
※ Wear solvent resistant gloves to protect against paint and detergent.
※ Wear rubber shoes to prevent falling objects.
2.4 Machine commissioning site requirements
Ground condition
※ The machine must be placed on a flat, sturdy, load-bearing floor, otherwise the machine can be fatal if it falls on the ground.
※ The floor must be wear resistant and electrically conductive to avoid static electricity.
Management measures
To have appropriate internal guidelines and inspections, the work environment must always be kept clean and tidy.
※ Collect spilled paint and detergent in a timely manner, and do not allow them to penetrate into the ground and drain system.
※ Apply a layer of warning signal paint to the protruding position and power line.
※ Do not store flammable chemicals in the operating room.
※ Place the used cleaning cloth in a sealed container outside the operating room.
Fire extinguisher Install the fire extinguisher in an easily accessible location.
Ventilation technology Ensure that there are no active, combustible (potentially explosive) gases.
2.5 Allow operating environment
Do not operate the machine in an active and flammable environment (explosion threat). The installation site must be dry and moisture-proof. The following external conditions must be observed to avoid interference with machine operation:

2.6 Machine security settings
Drying box protective cover
The dry box protective cover is used to dissipate the heat and prevent foreign matter from entering the processing surface to affect the drying effect or cause damage to the machine, and also prevent physical injury caused by physical contact.
Emergency stop switch
The emergency stop switch on the control panel interrupts all movements of the machine, pressing the emergency stop switch, and all machine operations are stopped immediately.
Static electricity
The machine needs to be grounded to prevent the potential difference from being generated. The potential difference may cause a spark to cause an explosion.
Distribution box
The distribution box can only be opened with the handle and do not open the distribution box during operation.
2.7 Safety sign

3.1 Machine delivery
Checking debris
※ Remove the shipping packaging on the machine and parts.
※ Check the machine and parts for damage during transportation.
※ Check that the goods are complete according to the delivery note.
When the damage is found
※ Report the shipping damage to the shipping carrier in a timely manner.
※ Contact us or your transportation insurance company immediately.
※ Protect the machine and components from damage.
3.2 Precautions when moving the machine
Machine transportation
When transporting the machine with a forklift, pay attention to the minimum load of the forklift is 3T. During the transportation process, the machine may fall down, which will cause serious damage to the human body and even threaten life and safety!
※ Note that the center of gravity of the machine is offset from the center of the carrier.
※ Use a lifting device with sufficient load-bearing capacity with a suitable transport method that will not damage the machine.
※ Make sure you have an unobstructed transport route.
※ The center of gravity of the machine is very high, avoiding the tilt of the fork when lifting the machine.
※ Avoid bumps during transportation.
※ A mobile machine that is tilted up and down.
※ Do not walk under the load.
Precautions The machine may be damaged during transportation
※ Before lifting the fork, make sure that there is no excessive load on the edge of the machine. Do not support or move the machine in vulnerable parts such as motor reducers and hand-wheels.
※ Carefully use the forklift to move the machine.
3.3 Storage when the machine is closed
If the machine is not used temporarily, the machine must be in a good environment. Considering the location and duration of temporary storage, measures must be taken to protect the machine from the external environment.
Short-term
Storage Store in a room temperature room at approximately 25 degrees Celsius.
※ Apply the exposed metal part to the anti-corrosion oil.
※ Cover the machine to prevent dust from entering.
Long-term storage Do not store in a room below minus 20 degrees Celsius. (The room must be dry and weatherproof)
※ Remove the rubber wheel
※ Remove the control panel from the machine
※ Use durable rust preventive oil to preserve all bare metal
※ The machine is placed on a wooden foundation
(Note) Improper storage methods can cause damage to power components and rubber wheels!
The power distribution box, operation panel and rubber wheel of the machine are stored in a dry room at room temperature.
Obey the principle of storage and disposal of the rubber wheel.
3.4 Install a machine
Install the unit in the designated location as described below and ensure that the floor has sufficient load-bearing capacity before installation.
※ Run the device to the location where it will be installed. See section 3.2 for how to operate.
※ Remove the outer packaging on the machine, such as plastic film, wooden box, etc.
※ Place the machine slowly on the ground.
※ Remove the distribution box from the distribution box support beam.
※ Remove the distribution box support beam from the rack.
※ Fix the distribution box to the ground. Be sure to have a certain distance between the distribution box and the machine. The distribution box of the machine is not blast-proof.
※ Set the height of the machine.
3.5 Connecting machine
A professional electrician must be asked to connect the wires, and they must be connected in strict accordance with the circuit diagram.
3.6 Machine debugging
※ Make sure the machine is connected before commissioning.
※ Make sure all the states of the machine are working.
※ Confirm the direction of rotation of the motor.
※ Wash the machine thoroughly
Machine operation instructions
You must read the operating manual carefully before operating the machine to make sure you are familiar with the function of the machine. You must understand the basic operating principles and know where the safety switch is located.
4.1 Turn on the machine
In order for the machine to function properly, the following points must be noted:
※ The power cord is connected properly.
※ The communication line between the machines is connected (configure the full-line model)
※ The compressed air supply is no problem and the supply must be maintained at 6.5 bar.
After the above check has no problem, you can start the machine.
Note: Paint may cause rash or cause poisoning. The following points must be Observed:
※ Wear goggles and protective gloves.
※ It must be thoroughly cleaned after each touch.
※ Make sure the air is flowing.
Boot:
※ Turn on the main power switch in the power distribution box.
※ Open the control power on the operation panel and set the workpiece production height.
※ Check each safety switch on the machine.
※ Check if the machine is abnormal, and solve the problem if it occurs.
※ Set machine parameters.
※ Turn on the conveyor switch.
4.2 Setting up the machine
4.2.1 Set the conveying speed
The conveying speed can be set on the operation panel, and the unit displayed on the screen is meters/minute.
4.2.2 Set working height
The height of the conveying device can be set on the operation panel depending on the thickness of the sheet.
4.2.3 Set the drying temperature
The drying temperature can be set according to the degree of drying required for the sheet.
4.3 Turn off the machine
4.3.1 End of production
※Turn off the control power (press and hold the OFF button on the operation panel)
※ Turn off the machine (set the main switch on the control cabinet to O or OFF).
4.3.2 Stop in an emergency
In the event of an emergency, immediately press the stop switch or disconnect a safety cutout, all machine activity stops immediately, but the main switch and cable are still energized.
4.3.3 Start after emergency stop
Follow the steps below to start the machine again.
※ Make sure that the start of the machine does not threaten the safety of the operator.
※ Release the emergency stop switch.
※ Check the machine for faults and correct any faults that have occurred (refer to Chapter 6).
※ Press the ON button on the control panel.
Maintenance and repair
5.1 Maintenance schedule
Assuming that the machine is running for eight hours a day, check the machine during working hours according to the table below.

Check the condition of the machine – whether it is a circuit or a mechanical structure
Check all screw contact points, plug contacts, wiring, and piping conditions (such as contact conditions, insulation of the circuit wiring, and connection conditions). Replace as needed. To stabilize the stent, check all spiral contact points, plug contact points, and tighten as needed. |

5.2 Replacement parts (repair)
5.2.1 Replace the grill
※ Disassemble the dry box side cover corner screws.
※ Remove the screws at both ends of the tube.
※ Clean the circumference of the tube with solvent or paraffin oil.
※ Reverse installation of the grill
