SPC Raw Material Automated Bulk Bag Feeding System

As SPC flooring production scales up and safety standards rise, traditional manual feeding and bag cutting can no longer meet modern efficiency and safety requirements.

To address these challenges, we have developed the SPC Raw Material Automated Bulk Bag Feeding System, designed to help manufacturers significantly reduce labor costs, improve efficiency, control dust emissions, and protect worker health.

This system is specially designed for handling powder materials used in SPC production—such as calcium powder, stabilizers, and lubricants. It is suitable for bulk bag packaging and enables a fully automated process from ground transport, hoisting, positioning, and bag opening to precise material feeding.

1. Bulk Bag Feeding

Bulk bag materials are transported to the elevated discharge platform by an automatic lifter or electric hoist, eliminating the frequent use of forklifts, improving work efficiency, and reducing safety risks .

2. Electric Hoist Lifting

Once the bulk bag is in place, it is lifted by an electric hoist and moved directly above the feeding station. The system is equipped with limit protection and a control handle, allowing single-person operation with precise control, preventing spillage or operational errors.

3. Automatic Bag Opening

When lowered to a set height, the bag is automatically slit open, allowing material to drop into the sealed feeding station. A clamping and tapping device can further ensure dust-free discharge and efficient emptying—no manual tearing required.

4. Precise feeding and dust removal linkage

The station is equipped below with a screw conveyor or pneumatic conveying interface to enable automatic connection with the mixing system. At the same time, a negative pressure dust removal system is installed, which synchronously activates the exhaust device to effectively prevent dust leakage and ensure a clean workshop environment.
