The Vinyl Flooring Inspection Machine uses HD industrial cameras and AI vision algorithms to detect surface defects including contamination, scratches, dents, color variation, print defects, coating defects, chipping edges and pinholes. It supports both top and bottom surface inspection and can be installed directly on extrusion or profiling lines. The system is compatible with automated marking machines, PLC production control, and Industry 4.0 factory upgrades.
1.This station adopts a time-sharing line scan mode (one scan captures images under two different light sources).
2.Continuous image acquisition is supported, allowing products to move continuously on the conveyor belt.
3.The defect types detected at this station include scratches, dents, and surface glossiness.
4.Three cameras operate simultaneously at this station, supporting products up to 1500 mm in width.
