Semi-Automatic Mixing System is very common in China and Asia factories, because of less investment in machine and installation, here is the standard processing :
Ton Bag Dump Station:
Raw Materials (PVC & CaCO3) feeding by the ton bag dump station, with the main materials has the automatic weighing system;
Semi-Weighing System:
Additives(6 kinds of materials) feeding by Labor with the Semi-Weighing System;
Vacuum Conveying:
The Additives will have a Vacuum conveying feeding into the High Speed Mixer.
May cause problems By Semi-Automation System:
1.Environmentally Unfriendly for Workers
Semi-automatic system will generate many dusty during the bag open by labors, working in dust environment for a long time is harmful to workers’ health. The recruitment is difficult for materials dumping in European or U.S.
There will be 48Tons materials extruded by 1 Mixing system for 2x110mm Extrusion line output capacity, that means at least 3 tons additives should be weighed and moved by 150 times with 20kgs per batch.
2.Machine Stability for Production
The wrong formula will not only affect the quality of SPC floor, but also damage the machine. Huge physical consumption will lead to fatigue and slack of workers, especially for night shift workers. When the weighing and feeding times are wrong, the formula will be changed and the quality of finished products will be unqualified.
3.Defect Production Waste
That’s because in the process of feeding the raw materials, workers must first pour the raw materials into the barrel and then transport them to the machine. This process will cause waste of raw materials. What’s more, a large amount of dust diffuses in the air, which is not allowed by the environmental protection department, and there is a potential safety hazard of dust explosion.
